Membership is 100% complimentary and automatically renews yearly for all US citizens upon the required minimum purchase volume of 1 annual order. Annual membership period begins upon confirmation of ledger enrollment. To learn more about our minimums and additional policies, please visit here.

The only way to lose ledger membership is an inactive membership where no orders are placed within the annual membership period. Accounts in an inactive state are automatically archived.
Why is this?
Our ledger is comprised of individuals eager to experience the coffees of tomorrow. This allows us to source more aggressively in a manner that better benefits farmers and producers in a way traditional roasters cannot. Maintaining an active ledger is key to working more efficiently with these producers and reducing waste, thus increasing farmers bottom line.
Absolutely.
Cancellation is available any time during your membership. Simply opt out of ledger communications or do not place an order within the annual membership period and your account will be archived automatically.
In the event of membership cancellation, whether by choice or inactivity, simply reenter your updated information into our onboarding form and concierge will connect your inactive account with your updated one and your membership will resume.
(All good standing members will have their memberships automatically renewed for the follow membership year).
