Shipping policy

Because of the unique nature of our cutting edge operation, we operate on a strategic fulfillment schedule. Our roasting days are Monday weekly with fulfillment days, whether shipping or pickup, are Tuesdays. All orders placed before 11:59p Sunday will be processed and dispatched the following Monday/Tuesday. 

Domestic Shipping: We ship through UPS and USPS. All curious enthusiasts local to the Raleigh area receive complimentary local pickup. 
International Shipping: We offer international shipping for our coffees however, buyers are solely responsible for all importation duties and fees. We highly recommend inquiring with your applicable government and delivery companies what the relating fees and duties are. 


Orders lost, stolen or misdelivered are sole responsibility of the buyer. We are happy to assist in filing of claims and troubleshooting however we cannot guarantee the total return of funds from delivery companies or customs agencies.  

Promethium reserves the right to alter or change the chosen shipping carrier or rate at their discretion to utilize more efficient shipping options and better navigate the natural daily fluctuation of shipping & delivery rates.
