Active Membership Requirements

To maintain an active Membership, you must place at least one order within the yearly Membership period.

• There is no minimum dollar amount required for the order.
• If no orders are placed during the yearly period, your account will be marked as inactive and archived.
• Archived accounts can be reactivated in the future upon request, but inactive accounts will lose all benefits until reactivated.

Nontransferable Membership

• Ledger Memberships are nontransferable and may only be used by the registered account holder. Sharing or transferring benefits to others is strictly prohibited.

Limitations and Restrictions

1. Eligibility Requirements: Complimentary shipping is available only for orders shipped to destinations within eligible regions as determined by Promethium.

Membership benefits are not retroactive and cannot be applied to past purchases.

1. Exclusions: Complimentary standard delivery does not apply to Prelaunch Samples
2. Program Modifications: Promethium reserves the right to modify or terminate the Membership program at any time, including benefits, eligibility, and requirements. Changes will be communicated to members via email or other contact methods provided during enrollment.

Membership Cancellation and Termination

1. Cancellation by Member: You may cancel your Membership at any time by contacting Promethium concierge. Upon cancellation, benefits will terminate immediately. Membership is renewable at any point unless otherwise specified by concierge.
2. Termination by Promethium: Promethium reserves the right to terminate any Membership at its discretion for reasons including, but not limited to, abuse of the program, fraudulent activity, or violation of these terms.

Miscellaneous Terms

1. Account Security: Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information, including login credentials. Promethium is not liable for unauthorized account access.
2. Changes to Terms: Promethium reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued participation in the program constitutes agreement to the revised terms.
