Our first Ultra Light offering being a delicious Rosado Pink Bourbon is incredibly fitting. Pink Bourbon’s are one of our favorite varietals, with the Azahar group of farmers in the Huila region of Colombia being known for putting out some of the best examples of the varietal in the world. This pink bourbon in particular mirrors its fitting name: it’s a pink BOMB. Extended rest, to allow its nuances to shine, display bright forms of Peaches, Hibiscus and Cherry Blossoms. The deeper into the cup, the more the excellence of the Azahar group becomes evident. A true pink bourbon lot with iconic pink lemonade impressions and said excellence to boot. (We recommend extended rest for our Ultra Light offerings. Typically seeing peak impressions 45+ days off roast)

Brewer- We love to use and experiment with an array of flat bottom and conical brewers, v60 is our go-to
Filter- One that fits your brewer nicely, We love to use sibarist fast cone filters
Gooseneck kettle- We reccomend a temperature controlled kettle, we love the fellow EKG Stagg
Scale and timer- To measure important variables, we love the TIMEMORE Basic 2.0
Water- Filtered water or remineralzed water, we love to use Third Wave Water and experiment with minerals like APAX
