Being a company hyper-focused on complexity and nuance, sometimes the simplest of coffees leaves our curious minds stunned. In this case it’s a classic Janson Geisha from the legendary Kai + Jannette Janson. Nestled among the most expensive coffees in the world-often selling for $10,000/lb-is this plot of Geisha crop which experienced simply a classic natural processing allowing 100% of it’s terroir to speak. Panama farming and its geographical positioning allows crop to grow extra slowly in it’s rich volcanic soil. Complex by nature and lovely in our cups - it’s what the coffee of tomorrow can be about.
And it being from Janson Farms, you know it'll be clean, bright and tea like all the way. Some may say his coffees are a acquired taste, which is fair, we say IYKYK.
